Affiliate Terms

The LUXA AI referral / affiliate program is operated by LUXA AI ("LUXA AI", "we", "us"). There is no registered office address. Contact: hello@luxatradingbot.com. When a company is formed, its legal name and registered address will replace these details.

If you use a LUXA AI invite link or apply as an affiliate, rewards (if any) are only paid for verified referrals under rules we publish or send you. Rewards are not guaranteed. Referral activity must follow Meta and other platform rules. We may change, suspend, or end the program, withhold rewards for fraud or policy abuse, and require tax or identity details before payout.

A referral is verified (qualified) when they:

1. open a live account with our broker partner,
2. deposit at least $300, and
3. complete ID verification.

Until all three happen, the referral is not paid.

We pay weekly by crypto or bank transfer (your choice) for referrals that became qualified at least 7 days earlier (a 7-day hold). Members earn $200 USD cash per verified referral. Official affiliates are paid under their personal deal. We may withhold or reverse rewards for fraud, chargebacks, withdrawals that cancel qualification, or policy abuse.

Public materials use the brand LUXA AI only. Never show personal names of operators on public pages.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Before starting any formal dispute, email hello@luxatradingbot.com so we can try to resolve it informally (for example within 30 days). If we cannot resolve it that way, disputes are handled by the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
