Privacy Policy

This website (luxatradingbot.com) and the LUXA AI Telegram / Messenger experience are operated by LUXA AI ("LUXA AI", "we", "us"). Publicly we use the brand name LUXA AI. There is no registered office address. Contact: hello@luxatradingbot.com. When a company is formed, its legal name and registered address will replace these details.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. It applies to our website, bots, and related emails. It does not cover third-party sites or apps we link to (for example Telegram, Meta, Whop, or our broker partner), which have their own policies.

• Website: pages you view, device/browser data, approximate location (for example country) for security and compliance, and referral / campaign parameters (for example fbclid, UTM tags) stored locally so we can attribute your visit.
• Cookies and similar tech: see "Cookies and Meta Pixel" below.
• Telegram: if you message the LUXA AI Telegram bot, Telegram provides your Telegram user id and display name so we can run setup in chat. We do not receive your phone number unless you type it.
• Messenger: if you message us on Messenger, Meta provides the identifiers needed to continue that chat.
• Forms (for example affiliate apply): name, email, Telegram username, and any optional fields you submit.
• Academy / checkout: if you buy LUXA AI Academy, payment is processed by Whop. We receive what Whop provides to unlock course access (for example membership status and account email). We do not receive your full card number.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the content of your message and your address to reply.
• We never ask for your trading account password. We never hold your money. Funds stay in your own broker account with our broker partner.

• To run setup, support, and the LUXA AI product experience.
• To measure marketing performance (including Meta ads) and improve the site.
• To process Academy access and related service emails.
• To detect abuse, fraud, and policy violations (including fake referrals).
• To meet legal obligations.

We use cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Pixel ID 1153690176990929) to understand site usage and measure ads (for example PageView and other events such as Contact, ViewContent, or InitiateCheckout).

For visitors in the European Union, United Kingdom, and European Economic Area, non-essential cookies / the Meta Pixel load only after you tap Accept on our cookie bar (or if you have already accepted). Outside those regions, the Pixel loads in the normal way so we can measure conversions.

You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some site or ads features.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers where noted:

• Meta Platforms (Pixel, ads measurement, Messenger)
• Telegram (bot messaging)
• ManyChat (if used to help power Messenger / chat flows)
• Whop (Academy checkout and membership)
• Postmark (transactional email delivery)
• Our broker partner (account opening / trading; we do not control their systems)
• Hosting / security / CDN providers for this website

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (for example unfinished setup, support history, affiliate applications, security logs, and legal requirements), then delete or anonymise it where practical.

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing hello@luxatradingbot.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We may need to verify your request. You may also have rights under your local law (for example GDPR / UK GDPR), including complaint rights to a supervisory authority.

LUXA AI is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards expected for this type of online service.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
