By using luxatradingbot.com, the LUXA AI bots, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. The operator is LUXA AI ("LUXA AI", "we", "us"). Public brand name: LUXA AI. There is no registered office address. Contact: hello@luxatradingbot.com. When a company is formed, its legal name and registered address will replace these details.

LUXA AI provides AI-powered trading signals and setup help. LUXA AI is not a broker and does not hold client funds. You open and fund an account in your own name with our broker partner. You trade under that broker. You can stop and withdraw through your broker at any time, subject to the broker's rules.

The core LUXA AI signal / bot setup described on this site is 100% free to you (no subscription for that free setup). We may be paid a fee by our broker partner if you open an account and follow LUXA AI signals. Separate paid products (for example LUXA AI Academy on Whop) have their own price and checkout terms.

Nothing on this site or in the bots is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a personal recommendation. Nothing promises profits, a win rate, or that trading is safe. Past results do not mean future results. You choose whether to fund and how much. Only use money you can afford to lose.

You must be 18+ and legally able to use trading services in your location. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

You must not abuse the bots, scrape the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit fake affiliate referrals, spam invite links, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse or risk reasons.

If you use a LUXA AI invite link or apply as an affiliate, rewards (if any) are only paid for verified referrals under the Affiliate Terms and rules we publish or send you. Rewards are paid weekly (crypto or bank transfer, your choice) for referrals that qualified at least 7 days earlier. Rewards are not guaranteed. Referral activity must follow Meta and other platform rules. We may change or end the program.

LUXA AI Academy is education only. Purchase and access terms are shown at checkout on Whop and on the Academy pages. Course access is for active members via learn.luxatradingbot.com.

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by LUXA AI or our licensors. You may not copy or resell them except as we allow.

Telegram, Meta, Whop, ManyChat, Postmark, hosting providers, and our broker partner are separate services. Their terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LUXA AI is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential loss, or losses from third-party services. Our total liability for claims relating to the free website / bot services is limited to USD 0 (these services are free). For paid Academy purchases, liability is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim, unless law says otherwise.

You agree to indemnify LUXA AI against claims arising from your trading decisions, your misuse of the services, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Before starting any formal dispute, email hello@luxatradingbot.com so we can try to resolve it informally (for example within 30 days). If we cannot resolve it that way, disputes are handled by the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
